Logicfox Office Chair Warranty and After-Sales Service Policy

Thank you for choosing Logicfox office chairs. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and reliable after-sales service, ensuring you can enjoy long-term, comfortable use of our products.

I. Warranty Period
From the date of purchase, Logicfox office chairs are covered by a 3-year complimentary warranty, addressing quality issues arising from non-human-induced damage under normal usage conditions.

II. Warranty Coverage
1. Non-Human-Induced Damage Warranty
During the warranty period, should any component damage or functional failure occur due to non-human factors, Logicfox shall provide replacement parts free of charge. Customers shall bear the shipping costs incurred during component transit.

2. Handling of Non-Warranty Damage
Damage resulting from accidents, improper use, unauthorized disassembly, or abnormal environmental conditions shall be deemed non-warranty damage. In such cases, customers may purchase replacement parts at cost price, bearing all associated shipping costs.

III. After-Sales Procedure
1. Application Method: Submit an after-sales request through official customer service channels, providing proof of purchase, product model, and a detailed description of the issue.

2. Inspection and Verification: Our after-sales team will assist in determining the nature of the issue (whether it constitutes non-man-made damage).

3. Parts Supply:
If parts are in stock, we shall dispatch them promptly upon confirmation. Should required parts be temporarily unavailable in overseas warehouses, procurement may take longer, with the after-sales processing cycle approximately one month. We appreciate your understanding.

4. Replacement and Installation: Upon receiving parts, please replace them yourself following the instructions or seek professional assistance. Remote installation guidance is available upon request.

IV. Disclaimer
The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
1. Normal wear and tear of leather or fabric surfaces, and natural ageing of appearance.
2. Damage resulting from improper assembly, accidental impact, overloading, modification, or use in abnormal environments.
3. Damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure.

V. Additional Notes
1. This policy applies exclusively to products purchased through Logicfox's officially authorized channels.
2. Replacement parts supplied during the warranty period shall retain the remaining warranty duration of the original product.
3. Logicfox reserves the right to the final interpretation of this policy and to make reasonable adjustments.
